Post Your Detailing Collection

HA! You just wanted me to drool over the detailing job on the 1990 Skyline GTR, which I did of course! What a difference before and after shots! That was an amazing transformation and the car looks absolutely wet!! :props:

You are right about Poorboy's Natty, it looks great when first initially applied but there are many other waxes that last a lot longer...

thanks bobby lol!!!Im the MAN

Other than the obvious, some suspect that paste waxes can separate if the ambient temperature becomes too warm. I've never had this happen but it never gets warmer that 105F at my place either.

My Natty's blue will separate, so it lives in the fridge. If I leave it outside it is fine; even if the temps are the same (roughly)

Not really my collection but I just got some new bottles to organize my gallons. :)

Love those bottles, where did you get them? My shelf is so crowded with about 10 gallon jugs, those would really help it out!

woah those are sweet space savers. And you can just pour them down when you want product. I am also interested in those!

They are the 4liter space saver from USPLASTIC, the spouts are the self venting ones from Griots Garage
What is the thickest liquid you have tried with the Griots spouts? I am curious what they will handle.

Diluted soaps. I don't think they can handle anything too thick.
I think if you used something too thick it might work but it would probably drip for a while.

I tried using regular soap (CG Citrus Wash and Clear) which has the consistency of hair shampoo. It will come out but very slowly and drip a little afterwards. I think anything with the consistency of olive oil or thinner will work just fine.

here is mine, its excluding one 12quart and one 21quart tub filled with microfibers, and one shoebox tub filled with applicator pads. anyways here's the pics.

Is there a reason you didn't go with the venting spouts from USP? I notice the GG spouts say they don't work with the GG car wash "due to it's consistency", whatever that means...the GG wash is pretty thin. Do you think they won't dispense thick liquids?
