New toys for me. Only getting my gifts tonight as we went to my sisters for her kids Xmas yesterday. Us big kids open ares today . Hope to get my plates on the truck this summer but not going to unless it looks great :)

When you download the firmware onto the GoPro you name your WIFI network and create a password. For the app to work you have to connect to your GoPro WIFI network before connecting to GoPro.

Be sure to buy extra batteries. I have used the Hero3 a few times now and the battery lasts anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour on the 1080P 60FPS setting. I can't wait to see some of your videos.

Sweet board! I love Burton almost all of my gear is from there. What kind of bindings did you get?

I posted a few on youtube

I was looking at the frame mount, but I don't need everything that comes in the kit, just the small frame. Then I can power it directly from the USB port for use in my car.

GoPro was having some server issues with the servers (well Amazons services). Needed to get the upgrade to the firmware to get the wifi setup correctly. Now that's all done. Kinda neat watching live on my cell phone what the GoPro is doing. Only a couple seconds lag.

I wonder if you could make a frame out of sheet metal. Since the GoPro mounts use a metal screw to attach the camera a metal frame may not cause any interference.

I wish there was a way to power the GoPro externally and still retain the waterproof housing. Like how electric toothbrushes charge without being plugged into anything.

Me too, kinda like the Apple mag safe thing.

Got a two-day supermoto camp with California Supermoto School from the wife. Gave me a MotoGP t-shirt & a peck on the cheek, and told me to take out the trash, that's when I spotted the envelope tied to the hefty. lol

They arrive this morning by UPS. I originally ordered Pirelli Nero Zero's AS 3 months ago and backordered. Discount Tire Direct offered the upgrade and matched the sale prices, regional rebates, and their memorial day sale gift card. I cannot be happier with their service. 245/40/19's on my Buick Lacrosse. I was asked to refrain from offering the price I paid, but let me offer they won a client from TireRack. I am a fan of Toyo's and understand they actually own Nitto.
