I don't know why you would use Lacquerer thinner on paint. It eats paint.
So no I didn't use paint remover.
Clay is the product to use to not cause future damage to the paint.
I used lacquer thinner to remove yellow paint stripe splatter on a 1991 Camaro. The truck that painted the road spilled it all over and my dad was forced to drive through it slowly.No harsh chemicals on paint!
