Pouring liquid product from gallon bottles without spills?

This is what I do for D115
I bought a 2 gal beverage dispenser with a spigot like this one:

Then pour a whole gallon of DI water in there. Then pour a few ounces of D115 into a measuring cup. Then dump into the dispenser, shake it up and ready to go. Much easier to pour from the gallon container into a measuring cup than into a thin spray bottle neck.

Harbor Freight sells these for around $1

Purchased it at Walmart this past spring. Attaches to the one gallon jug and does the job.

So I'm real anal about losing product. I'm not a fan of the funnel ideas simply because you can't be accurate pulling 1 ounce of product from a 128 ounce jug. I could transfer product from the larger container to the smaller container and make more accurate pours from that, but I'd like to skip adding another container to the process. I would also rather not have a separate container of ready to go, diluted mix because I like having just the huge gallon of concentrate and the small bottle of mixed product. Saves space and looks cleaner.

I like the proportioner idea a lot. I just wish there were better reviews. I also like the dropper and syringe ideas a lot. Gonna try those. Thanks!
