What's your budget?
It's hard to find a portable electric that has sufficient psi for stuff like cleaning decks and concrete. Plus the portable electrics have a somewhat short life span.
So it's kind of hard to find a pressure washer that is good for both cleaning cars and other household chores. Even the portable electrics are a pain to set up and put away for washing a car. A wall mounted is the ticket for cars. A gas powered for other stuff.

GPM - the more the merrier. Going to fall into a gasser but they do make decent commercial spec electrics on 220V ranging from $2K and UP. Then you add another $400 or so depending on the outlet distance and some 8AWG cord depending on distance.
Half that should net you a decent gasser that will last you a lifetime. Price is relative to the quality of the pump and engine which is mainly the 2 guts if a PW.
$112 for a unit....might now last long time, but might last long enough for your needs....

Ain’t nuthin easier for cleaning the concrete around a pool than a few gallons of plain (no scents or other additives) generic, bleach and a push broom…any concrete for that matter.
Did it around our pool for years each Spring. Bleach goes into the pool…no problem, it’s just weak liquid chlorine! Low effort, great results.

We lived w a heavily wooded lot as well. By the time pool opening day arrived the decking was stained with all manner of things.
I had a SunJoe electric for 4 or 5 years, $150 or so…did just fine for washing cars and occasional light duty jobs like you mentioned. Think it was rated 2000psi/1.76 gpm which probably really meant 1700psi/1.5gpm in the real world.
Worked well enough for me.

For cleaning you want more PSI. For car washing lower PSI and GPM.
I have a 2300PSI 1.2 GPM Ryobi and it’s great for around the house. The new ones 2500 PSi but it’s $299 now.
I went for that particular model because at the time cheapest with brushless motor.
For $200 I’d get there 2000PSI model for $199. Mines been going on 6 years strong.
Those Amazon no name ones numbers are not real… at all. Spend the money you would on that for. Ryobi, greenworks or another brand you know.

This guy right here^ Coatingsarecrack gave me some of the best advice back when I asked about which pressure washer I should get, similar to what you’re asking.
For $100 bucks at Home Depot this Ryobi is sweet.
You might as well upgrade the goodies/accessories while you’re at it and it’s not that expensive at all. Get yourself a stubby gun, foam cannon, quick connects, and a quality 50’ hose. I went with the Yamatic gun, quick connects, and hose because they had a good bundle price and I’d recommend the gun & hose, however there are slightly better hoses such as Flexzilla but this Yamatic hose is made to be similar.
I don’t recommend the brass quick connects that Yamatic sells because they rusted solid in short time. Get some stainless steel quick connects instead. Power Town sells a set for $16 bucks and they’ve held up nicely.
As far as that $100 Ryobi Pressure Washer for around the house, you’re going to love it. Put that Turbo Nozzle on and that thing can clean like you’ve never cleaned before! Lol.
Look at the difference it made with just that Turbo Nozzle. [use the long gun it comes with for this type of cleaning]
You’re going to love using it to wash your car too. Foam cannon is great. I haven’t scrubbed my wheels & tires for over a year, just connect that orange 15 degree nozzle and use the right wheel & tire cleaner and simply pull the trigger on your gun. This is one of the best upgrades that you’ll wonder what took you so long.
