do you prefer PPF wrapped around the edges or no?
someone at a tint shop said no because it can peel easily if you wrap it around edges. is this true?

Wrapped edges or nothing!

Wrapping the edges makes the job look 100 times better and make the film look less visible.

Im curious as to how wrapping edges would make the film peel easier?

that's what I thought too.
my bother in law is getting his car done and he told me the guy at the shop said it'll come off easier if it's wrapped around the edges. doesn't make sense to me.

Then I would go to another shop if that's what's they are saying. I would only go with a place that uses Xpel Ultimate film and has pattern for the car and not bulk installs. Patterns means edges are extended for wrapping and a lot less cutting the film on the car.

do you think it matters if it's suntek? if the adhesive is weaker?

There has been some issues with suntek film in that the top coats are failing and yellowing. I'm not sure if they have it worked outburst or not. IMO I would go with Xpel ultimate there is nothing better than it on the market. I just ha a full frontal out on my car and it will be ropes with GTechniq C1 and two coats of EXO.

Evan is ON THE MONEY!!!! Xpel Ultimate and wrapped around the edges, then coated and you are skipping for joy like a 3rd grader
