Prayer Request

Alright, here's the latest:
Right now, things are going as well as they can be. She's made a couple of trips back home from the hospital, but she'll be going to the Mayo Clinic soon. The family should be finding out if they have a bone marrow donor match real soon. If there is a match, then it'll be a few months at the Mayo while they take care of all of that. More chemo and possible radiation are lined up.
Thanks to all of the prayer that have been sent.

Thanks for the update man. I'll keep her and the family in my prayers.

She's still in for an epic battle. Alot of times a body will reject another person bone marrow

I will continue to pray for your freind. What is her name again?

Good news!
They found out her sister was a direct match for the bone marrow transplant! They'll be starting it soon.

AWESOME!!!! Thanks for giving us the good news man!!!

More news
This is the big week. She'll do a couple rounds of chemo, and then they'll do the bone marrow transplant on the 3rd.

Thanks for the update Kyle, I was actually just going to PM you to ask for an update. Please let her know that eventhough she does not know me from Adam, that I've been praying and continue to pray for her. How are her spirits? Is she keeping positive?

I see these posts from time to time, and there is always a large out pouring of prayer and support. I'd just like to ask those out there to pray for family friend of mine named Teresa. She was recently diagnosed with leukemia. Thank you.

I'll be praying for you guys.

Update-
I mentioned that her sister was a perfect match and that made all the difference. She 100% graphed and her body took the transplant. The doctors only check up on her twice a week, whereas it had been every day. It's been about 50 days since the transplant, and if everything stays on it's current path, then she'll be home in 50 days. It's been an up and down time, but it looks like things are gonna stay on the up swing for a while. Thanks to all those who kept her in your prayers and thoughts. It's true when they say the power of pray helps and heals.

Update-
The best news of all- She got to come home! For good! She went back for a check up a few weeks ago and all systems were good! Now it's just to get back in the swing of things and the immune system to build back up. But in the big picture, that's nothing! Thanks for all the prayers guys, they helped out big time!
