Should I use a pre-wax cleaner, such as Griot's 11038 Pre-Wax Cleanser, AFTER using Klasse's All-in-one product, but before using a sealer followed by wax? Will the pre-wax cleaner just strip all the sealant properties from Klasse's All-in-one?

All in one is exactly that..... cleans and seals. No need to use a pre wax cleaner after it. If you want more durability then then follow the all in one with sealant or a wax.

I use it but only because I bought it after reading the marketing hype. Oldz is right I think.

No.

After I apply Klasse AIO (K-AIO)...
My immediate follow-up is an
application of Klasse High Gloss
Sealant Glaze (K-HGSG); aka: the
implementation of "The Klasse Twins".

Klasse AIO is the pre-wax cleaner and is designed to be the base layer for Klasse SG. If you use any type of product afterwards, you'll probably strip off of the AIO. What do you intend to use after the AIO? SG or something else?
