Will using a pressure washer (1700 psi) on tires degrade the rubber after a period of time?

I like to place the pressure washer nozzle close to the tire to blast off the dirt and grime at least once a week. I'm concerned about what the high pressure spray may be removing from the rubber.

Doubt it, but you dont need to put it that close. Spray on some degreaser, or use a your wheel cleaner, and scrub with a brush.

My pressure washer is 2500psi.
