I'm using a KARCHER K2.38M. It's only 1600psi but this is more than enough to wash and foam your car. I was a little hesitant at first to buy an electric model given that there are so many bad reviews on these things in general, but I found this model at target for only $85 at Target a few weeks ago. I paid an extra $7 for a two year extended warranty. At this price I figured what the heck, I’ve got a two year no hassle warranty so I’ll get my money’s worth out of this thing. The unit does feel a little flimsy but it works great and definitely has more than enough to wash your car and create thick foam with a foam cannon attachment. The unit was cheap, works great, is maintenance free, and is much quieter than a gas powered model. I’m really glad I bought the unit. Just make sure you dish out the extra cash for the extended warranty given reviews on the reliability of inexpensive electric units in general.

Hope this helps as I had a hard time deciding on one myself.
