Had a customer contact me about a set of headlights that needed to be done on a Chevy impala she just bought. Boy was I in for a treat.

Products used:
200 grit, 400 grit, 800 grit, 1500 grit, 2000 grit and 3000 grit wet/dry paper
Meg's ultimate compund
Optimum polish 2
LC 4" spot buff orange pads
Helmsman spar urethane (Indoor/outdoor) mixed 50/50 with mineral spirits
Good ole PC 7424XP

Also did a set on a buddy of mine's mom's kia. Same process as above.

Don't mind the bumper guys, the body shop messed up with the prep work painting it. It should be getting fixed very soon. Thanks for looking!!
 
Nice! They look good man.

Yeah, I'd say the body shop messed up, ha. Looks like they just painted over the plastic. No primer or nothing, lol.
 
Thanks Kristopher. Your right, there is no primer or anything. They just sprayed over the smooth plastic.
 
Awesome jobs. Too bad the Impala already has some crazing in the lens, likely from neglect on the previous owner's part.
 
Awesome job! I think I'll try to do this for some people this summer when I get back into detailing; awesome results and not too entirely difficult!

As for the body shop, I'd find a new one!! Ha.
