Thanks!! :xyxthumbs: This car is absolutely amazing, fit and finish is great. The interior is all black with the silver carbon-fiber-like trim. It even has a black headliner which is a wonderful touch IMO. The car has almost 20k miles and I cannot find a single swirl or scratch on it!! Ford's ceramic clear coat is holding up well on this car. There are a few small water spots on the trunk lid which should come out easy with some Menzerna 4000 or if needed 1500.

what rim/wheel cleaner did you use? Looks like it suds up nice compared to my cg diablo wheel cleaner.

I like your idea of driving the car up onto some blocks of wood to get the tires off the ground. There's always that little section where the tire meets the ground that doesn't get cleaned as well as the rest of the tire. I hate rolling the car back forth, unless i have to because of the brake caliper giving no clearance to get a brush in between.

The video shows how long it takes to just to do one wheel area if you really want to get them clean plus the video and the video was sped up!

What was the green cleaner used?

Great video !!!! I can't wait to see how this turns out !!!!

I saw a picture of someone on here doing the same thing and I've been using it ever since. It helps out a lot. :xyxthumbs:

The wheel cleaner is P21S Gel Wheel Cleaner. It suds up when using a normal Tolco sprayer with the nozzle tightened almost all the way. And it can dwell for up to 2 hours!!

The video was sped up 4x normal speed with the 2 min. wait sped up 16x. In total it was just over 10 minutes per wheel.

Here's a quick one: reflection in silver after a one-step...

Cool video - I can't wait to see the final product!

Here's the finished video
Sorry I couldn't get any shots in the sunlight, it'll be raining tomorrow and the car is going to be driven then. Maybe I'll make a short part 2 to show beading and some shots in the sun later on.

Thanks!!

I used Menzerna 1500 with the blue LC hybrid pads for getting some more gloss out of the paint and EXO for the paint coating. For the interior is used Gtechniq C6 & L1.

First comment on the car "wow, that's beautiful, I don't think it looked that good from the factory"
