Problem with Cobra HD waffle weave towel

Has anybody had any problems with them separating at the seams? I have 2 new ones and I washed them last night and now they are starting to come apart. I just got them a few weeks ago so last night was the first time using them. Hopefully Autogeek will take care of it.

never.I have only had one cobra towell seperate and that was a mango breeze one.I have had nothing but good luck with cobra.
 
i just bought two and recently washed them and they are just fine. pics would help and a p.m. to matt, he seems to be very good at answering back quickly.
 
Every once in awhile a couple of strands will fray at the edges after a wash and dry. I just snip them off with sissors. It's perfect next time. The Cobra HD is a great towel IMO. It does a great job at absorbing more H2O.

Do these types of posts bother you guys at AG, since they can handled via a call or PM? I guess, on one hand, it benefits you since you tend to always handle them well with your good Customer Service. I don't know, seems sometimes exception to the rule issues are broadcast on the forum for ......... not sure the reason, maybe just out of habit of posting all questions on the forum instaed of asking you guys first privately.

Problem we have is I do not always read every thread and every post, just not enough time in the day with all the PM's and emails too. Fastest way to get a response is to call or email me, otherwise you might be screaming on the forum and I can't hear you! :D
 
Meghan! I hope you did not take my post the wrong way? I just posted here first to see if anybody had any issues with them. After I started this thread I called the next day and left a voice message with Penny and she got back with me!
