Product issue I'm hoping AG resolves (Dodo Juice Red Mist QD)

Wow,I'm really surprise this thread has gone on and on over a issue that probably could have been resolved before all the time and energy it took to type ,by making a simple call. Like someone said earlier,start saving the good sprayers,when your done a product,also there are plenty of good aftermarket sprayers that are adjustable available grab a couple for your favorite products.
 
People need to get on a 12 step program for their entitlement issues. Seems it is running rampant these days. Do you know how many sprayers have broken on me? More than I can count. Wheel Brightener is responsible for a lot of those btw. Did I call and demand new stuff? Nope. I simply put a new sprayer on it. The fact is sprayers get broken, and we have to live with it.

Oh! and if the sprayer you put on it is spraying to much product...... Don't spray it as many times....
 
^ we live unfortunatly are living in the entitlment generation, young kids (fresh out of school esp. college) feel they deserve all the same things their parents have with out all hard work they put in to get it. (ie nice cars big houses in good neighborhoods) That attitude quickly crosses over to customer service expectations. :(
 
AG's customer service one of the best anywhere. Other companies are also very good, like Optimum. There have been a lot of complaints about the spray nozzle on Hyper Compound. In this case the fact that it sprays is one of the product's selling points. So IMO they should replace defective nozzles - and they did.
 
right, first off i wanted to say that i am sorry for not having caught this thread earlier. we try to keep up on quite a few forums everyday (all over the world) and sometimes things slip by. but, finally read through now.

so, the issue: yes there has been a lasting issue with the spray heads on the Red Mist Tropical. one which, as Meghan so rightly pointed out, we have tried to solve with new triggers at least 3 times. each time gaining promises from the manufacturers of the sprayheads that they were completely chemical resistant. however, they have not managed to deal with the protective goodness of the Red Mist. we do now have a grey 'chemical resistant' spray head that works much better. [note: it does come down to storage temp, usage, emptying the spray head when done so the head doesn't clog. these are a bit much to ask of the customer (which is why we have searched and sourced new heads) but will let the sprayer last longer. as stated earlier we have more than a couple of the clear spray heads still going strong, but they need the extra attention.]

the fix: if there is an issue with any Dodo Juice product it is always possible to write us an email from the website. (i would say that we are great at customer support too, but i think we might be out-supported by Autogeek reading this thread so far and knowing the people there myself - so the Dodo will take second place on this one 8) ). Dom and i will almost always reply within an unreasonably short period and completely surprise you.

as for the spray heads, if you send an email to thedodo at dodojuice dot com and give me your address i will ship out a new Let us Spray 500ml and chemical resistant spray head for you to use. since you feel that you have been ignored in this issue i will send you a Sour Power 250ml in addition for a promise that you will exhaust more energy in resolving an issue before you post it as an 'ignored or forgotten customer support item'.

i hope this lays the issue and therefore the thread to rest and we can all go back to our pride and joy and make it shinier 8)

This speaks to the service of Dodo and AG. I personally have emailed Dodo and getten emails back withing 10 minutes before, which is unheard of for a company of their size that works with customers around the world. I would love to see the OP chime in again on this. there really is nothing he could say to argue with the service of these two wonderful companies!

Hey Dom and PJ... I have a complaint also....My BTBM goes empty from some mysterious force that makes my arm dump it into my wash bucket! :dunno:

This is a re-occuring issue also here on the other side of the pond. several car cleaning enthusiasts have sent us notifications of Dodo Juice product levels going down with use. this is something we did not do by design and have our crack Dodo research team looking into it. 8)
