yeah i have opc listed for multiple things, like rims, tires, leather, vinyl, convertible tops ,plastic, bugs, tar, exterior trim

the only other cleaner im going to get is meguairs APC+ to use in my hot water extractor, and to typically use on interiors for the dashboard, door panels, and other plastic and vinyl for most cars...diluted 10:1 (not on leather seats) just because its so much cheaper than OPC. ill use my OPC on high-end cars or when i rlly need to get something out.

the quik interior detailer im going to use for my express interior package, just spray and wipe.

I dont use half of what your getting here..... but you will be prepared for sure :dblthumb2:. For the pet hair brush (?)..... a lint roller works great.

Also - check out the reviews on the Duramaid...... I think the Aztec has better reviews for an equivalent price.

Pad Conditioner, or use Quick Detailer?

you can use QD if you want. at least it will serve more than one purpose

Hand Tools + Towels
Wash Mitt-?
i see you have ONR.. if you plan on using ONR for customers that have no water supply near by, get a wash mitt no doubt.

Drying Towels-2 x Carrand Microfiber MAX Supreme Drying Towel-$13
i would get more than 2.. maybe 4.. i got 2 when i started, i have 9 now and i feel its still not enough

Interior Brushes-Auto Vent Brush-$4, Two-Way Mini Detailing Brush-$5

Leather + Vinyl+Plastic Safe Brush(with leather cleaner and conditioner)-2 Vinyl & Leather Scrub Brush B-176-$4/each

Set of 3 Detailing Brushes(nylon, brass and the other one)

Wheel Cleaning Brush-?

Tire Cleaning Brush-?

Lug Nut Cleaning Brush-Carrand Lug Nut Brush-$7

Dude, do yourself a favor.. go to walmart, get the wheel cleaning brush, tire cleaning brush, double sided detailing tooth brush, carpet brush and the small detailing brush. the also have other detailing tools. these are like 2-3 dollars each and will save u money plus get the job done the same. BUT, get the $8 Tampico Upholstery & Carpet Scrub Brush, it works great... Also, if you have a Big Lots near by, they have really cheap and good stuff too

Spray Bottles
Tire Dressing Applicator
Get spray bottles from home depot for .99cents ea. they have dilution ratio marks on them and the work great.

also from home depot they have those foam trim edgers in the paint section. they are .80cents ea. or less and great for applying dressing on trim and tires. or you can get the eagle1 applicators from napa, auto zone or pep boys.

Wheel Wax-Suggestions?

Wheel + Metal + Chrome Polish(spray wax?) suggestions?

Colonite 845, rejax or poli-seal. Megs quick wax

mothers polish works great for me

Interior Cleaning Spray (Just in Case, will be using steamer for most of interior)-Meguars D151 APC-$13/gallon or OPC

save your OPC for tough cleaning jobs and pick up some megs APC (green stuff) for all interior jobs. works great on carpet, matts and vinyl. use OPC for engines and more grimy jobs

Odor Eliminator + Air Freshener-Suggestions?
dakota and DP make good ones. i like DP just detailed

IMO, your spending too much $ on certain things. i think if you did more research, then created a list again, you will see about the same amount of supplies for 1/2 the price.
keep in mind for the near future, it might be in your best interests to get a air compressor and generator too. GL

Frank

Wash and Wax
Aquanil-X
Quick & Slick
Tire Shine
APC+
Plenty of microfibers!
Plenty of terry towels!
Clay and some pre-mixed ONR clay lube

That's really all I usuallly carry and plan on carrying this summer for most cases. Most of the people near me really just want washes or wash and waxes. Of course, I obviously carry more if I am going to a multiple stage correction but the above listed materials are in my mainstay.

thanks for your reply, yeah i might actually head over to walmart today and pick some brushes up .

wen you said 1/2 the price, do you mean that instead of getting more expensive stuff offline i should just get some cheaper stuff locally?

yeah i actually already have both a generator and air compressor, but my wet/dry vac can blow like a $1000 hooker so im probably just going to use that instead of an air compressor:P

is poliseal okay for all types of wheels?

i think that for wheels im just going to clean them with car wash, and then OPC if i have to, then just put poliseal on them and skip polishing.

then for emblems ill just clean them and put spray wax on them, since it dries clear.

haha better safe than sorry...but which should i skip on? do you mean you just use more multipurpose products?

my wet/dry vac pulls out hair pretty well so i probably wont be needing a pet hair brush

lol yeah i know its long:P but a lot of products repeat. thanks for going through it though thisll help a lot

i think the problem is that i divided this up into categories and sub categories, exterior, exterior wash, exterior wax, interior, interior shampoo, interior protection, etc etc...a lot of things i repeated in different categories if they could be used for more than one thing and the list is long.
