I usually buy in gallon size containers, so they are not the right format to work with
Even 32 oz containers are pretty big for my taste.
The smaller bottles make things easier.

Don't laugh but I use these and have for a long time - in fact, I'm still using the first ones I bought after discovering them at Wally World over 2 years ago. The cap is perm attached and has a little place to attach it while in use, then just replace it to the top of the bottle and it's sealed up. They're $.97 each, clear and they hold about 16 oz.

I also have the AG bottles with self cleaning tips and mine seal just fine, going on close to a year now. As pictured above mine also seem to seal crooked, but I certainly prefer the self cleaning tips to any other bottle/tip combo out there.
