Product Use Labels

Thats a good question. I had ordered some Pinneacle paintworks cleansing lotion this past winter and the product seperated in the bottle. My quess is that it was subject to freezing in shippment from Florida to Minnesota. Looked at instructions on the label. Did not see any warning. Had to throw it out. It would be nice to know what products are ruined if they get frozen.
 
most products seperate and thus why it is suggested that shaking well and for several minutes is best practice. Its rather amazing to go out into garage and look at all the see-thru bottles and the seperation and in South Florida I am nowhere near freezing ever ...
 
Who can answer my question? I'm not asking about separation, I'm asking about *product info, use, application, etc.*
