Products management and prefer spray bottles 2015

I keep the detailing products at home. Although I've been debating doing this:

I do enjoy the stares and comments...
(often untoward comments)...
that I get whenever I break out the good ol' repurposed Windex bottle that, while unbeknownst to the onlookers, actually contains Meguiar's D114...at a Waterless-Wash dilution ratio.

And...IMO:
It makes for the perfectly-sized traveling-vessel!

That, along with a couple of complimentary MF-towels,
are usually enough for me and my "travel bag".
(Please don't tell the Wife I said it in quite those terms)

Bob

I always enjoy your comment Bob ^^
Btw what towel is that in the picture?
Lol :D

All the Tolco nozzles I've found leak at the screw top. No one else experiences this?

Does anyone permanently leave products in your car? Do extreme temperatures cause an issue? I'm sure depending on the time of the year my internal car temperature is 0-120. I often thought to leave products in my car but haven't for this reason.

I do.

The heat hasn't been an issue but the cold can be. I carry a 1/2 liter Kwazar bottle with UWW and last winter it froze solid and caused the sprayer to fail, I never really liked the Kwazar sprayer anyways so I replaced it with a Tolco. I also carry a couple mf towels. Mostly to clean up the occasional bird bombs. If I was taking a road trip I'd probably add some bug cleaner and a few more towels.

Yeah they are terrible with leaking. People seem to love them but they are far from a great sprayer.

Kwazars are very expensive so I haven't bothered trying them.

Leaking? That's horrible :(
Need to find another combo then.

Dear Friends

I have four or five of the Tolco chemical-resistant sprayers and none of mine leak.

They're always upright, though, so maybe that's why.

Kwazar sprayers are excellent and worth their premium price. Spray master sprayers are excellent, too, and are a little less expensive than Kwazar.

Glad to hear that.
Maybe upright is the key point.
I surprise your Kwazar hold up despite I saw a few nozzle issue.
I guess is luck ^^

If they sit upright hey won't leak but that obvious. If you tip them over they leak cause you can't screw the nozzle all the way in. There is no "off" setting. No matter how tight I make mine I can always spray product.

Thanks for the info.
I hang them when not in use, will try to see if they leak when tip over.

Mind share in details? Any picture?
Thanks

There's no seal on the part that screws on so it leaks if it tips over or when I shake the bottle to mix the product. Presumably designed this way to prevent vacuum effect after a few sprays. I did find one spray nozzle that sprays upside down that doesn't leak.

Just notice I replace mine when I bought a few sprayer to test last year ^^
I shake a few times and never notice any leakage. I think the yellow nozzle was from Meguiars upside down sprayer but I found it too large for my hands :D
Here's some picture:
