What do you do with yours.Do you save it or throw it. I just gave mine to the local high school auto body shop. They will at least use it. Somebody on another site gave me the idea. Give it A thought more clean cars. Let me know what you think.

Most car care products fall into the hazardous waste category and I take mine to the hazardous waste disposal site.
Some of the items go into their Swap Shop where people can pick up anything they are interested in for little or no cost.

If it's a product I haven't opened but don't want anymore, I donate it to my Corvette club to give away as a door prize at car shows we sponsor. That way someone gets use out of a good product I no longer use.

I let my local friends take them, I do like the school option.

Good idea, I always feel bad throwing something away that I dislike

I will save most of mine just incase I run out of my go to product for that specific use, that way I will still have a back up product. Like I don't use Body Solvent at all anymore, but if I happen to run out of TAW I know I will have something to still get the job done, just maybe not as quickly as my usual product.

If I buy something, try it out, and I don't like it, I throw it out. If I refuse to use it on my own car, I don't feel right giving it to somebody else. I know that one man's trash is another man's treasure but it's only the shitty things in life that are free.

I have a few friends that are always asking "So, got any new stuff lately that you dont like?"... They almost always leave with something

I give mine to freinds and family that that will use anything that is free

I've only done this once, when I switched from OTC to more boutique-type products. Friends got the used products. Unopened bottles ended up on craigslist.

If you're a part of any local car clubs, extra products always please the peeps at the 'weekly GTG'. Show up with a grocery bag size of extra wax, shampoos, QD etc and you're an instant VIP member...LOL

Giving products that I don't use to schools is a pretty good idea. It sure beats letting them sit on a shelf and become unusable for whatever reason.

:whs:

I have to use up all my old stuff first before I'm allowed to use my new good ones on a regular basis so my fiancee says. But actually her car gets all the less the products I'm not as fond of, I won't let that stuff touch my car! HAHA!

Yeah, friends and family get my stuff, but what a great idea giving to the school auto shop.
