Go pet a cat yourself. How's that make you feel?
Actually I am. Pets are good for your blood pressure and stress levels. I'm being sincere (for once).

War does that to ya.
I've always thought about getting formal education for detailing/mechanics (I do everything short of electrical and hvac myself- well, and wheel balances/alignments too obv) and go into business for myself. I just couldnt stand to pervert the only thing i can lose myself in.

Yes war does that!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for serving, AFG 10-12 for me. Still in the business today but other routes. I thought about this for a business also, and would likely do well financially, but honestly the thought of a 20 degree morning having to wash a Toyota Camry and do a basic detail deters me from doing it. This way I can pick and choose which ones I do and just enjoy the end result. I don't want to loose that therapy then have nothing to enjoy.

Do you have the Post 9/11 to fall back on? I used to be a mechanic with formal training and experience. Maybe I can offer some insight, if you would like.
Yes, war sucks. I just medically retired from the Army 13B, and am trying to use detailing as therapy too. Seems I'm effing that one up slowly-but-surely, as you can see by my slightly aggressive posts, which I don't really recognize untill someone points it out to me. I guess as long as we can admit our mistakes and learn from them, there's hope.
Btw sorry OP for totally jacking your thread
Sorry, Velocitybts. I thought he was asking you to get a quote to repair his rock-chips.
Yes, I am way-off base right now; my thinking is fogged. I am going to push away from the key-board for a while.
I hope you are able to help your friend and get his request resolved.
Thanks for all of you Army guys service (or do I just say Soldiers) USMC here and suffer the same "problem" a lot of the time...not being able to say things in a nicer flowery way so people don't get offended. All is well now it seems.
Wait did swanicyouth say he was being serious??????? What happened? Did the earth fall off its axis? Lol

I'm in West Palm Beach which is close to Palm Beach Gardens.
Hi guys, I consistently run into higher end cars who's owners live all over the states. I currently have a person in Palm Beach Gardens, FL who would like to have some quotes on Paint Correction.
They are a MBWorld Forum member who saw my E63 AMG and would like to have something close to it paint wise.
The Vehicle will be a Mercedes E55 AMG and I think Black. He will have some paint work done on the lower rockers and from bumper to rid the car of rock chips.
Then he is ready pending price.
I posted this here due to Mike Phillips direction personally. It's all about taking care of the customer
Talk about high end! Lol.
How much per hour does $800 for Pc come out to?
Beautiful car btw.
