What's up everyone - been a while since I've posted, but I definitely wanted to share this.
As business owners or aspiring business owners - one thing stands above the rest - if you go out of business, nobody wins. It hurts you, your family and of course your customers as well.
That being said, a book that I've recently read (Profit First by Mike Michalowicz) has encouraged me to make a Facebook group dedicated to detailers to teach them how to implement this system into THEIR OWN business.
The concept is simple, it's essentially going to leverage our OCD tendencies to better track and allocate our money. You will have $ allocated for PROFIT, your own pay check, taxes and to run your business and it's surprisingly simple
(It actually is making tracking our finances easier than before)
If you're interested, I'd love to have anyone from here join the group. It's only a couple of weeks so you can get in on the ground level and learn the system with everyone else. I've been putting together video tutorials along with the posts being made in the group.
