Proper Pressure Washer set up with Foam Cannon

Used the female 3/8" quick connect from the gun to hose.
The gun came with a free male quick connect that attaches to the 3/8" female.
The Foam Blaster connected to the wand with out buying any connections.

Forgive my ignorance, but can I get the part #'s or specific names of the 5 fittings needed, this set is perfect and I wanna do everything right the first time!

Sorry guys I have been super busy over the last few weeks. When purchasing this set up I was not thinking and should have documented every part and size. I am pretty sure everything I needed was all in the same area of the pressure washers at home depot. I suggest that you try and piece everything together right there on the isle before returning home to find that nothing fits.
 
@ExpressDetail - Question about the M-22 X M-22 coupler used from the hose on the pressure washer to the new quick connect. The female end inside the pressure washer side is too large to slip inside any of the couplers I've tried. Did you have to drill out the inside of the coupler to get it to fit?

BTW - Thanks for the write up. I've got everything set up except for this last piece that I am hoping doesn't need to be machined out.
 
maybe im just missing this, but it doesnt look like you use the wand on your pressure washer? In the video it looks like all you're doing is taking off the foam cannon and spraying with just the fitting?
