Protect your pics!!

Joe FYI other companies take our photos all the time, it cracks me up because its usually a customer that will call them out on it for we even see it. But I have a good email I keep to send to all of them if you want it I can send to you. Its based on intellectual rights laws. I never have a problem getting them to remove them after I contact them.

FYI, photo theft is illegal. The moment you take a photo, it is protected by copyright laws and is your property.

Photos I've taken get stolen all the time. I generally don't care depending on what the person uses them for. If they are for their own library to use as a reference or as wallpapers for their computer or reposted to show someone something, I don't mind.

I do mind when someone tries passing that photo, or the subject in the photo off as their own or use it on their website. Then I will contact them and tell them they are breaking the law and to remove the photos. If they don't do it, then I threaten them with legal action.
