PTG - which one would you recommend?

Hello friends

i'm thinking of having a PTG.

From what I can understand, they should have the F/NF probes. this is ok, but with a huge differences in prices and models, I'd like to be recommended a specific one. I wouldn't want to spend a lot of money (like on the Positest)

Ideally, I would have a budget of around $ 150, a little less or a little more


I've seen these models on ebay and other online selling stores.

CEM DT-156 (appr. $120)
CM8801 FN, (appr. $140)
CM8826 FN (appr. $200)
CM8855 FN (appr. $225)

Which one would you advise?

Yes, I've read about the Highline meters, same specs gauge are available at many places. In UK, there's a group buy on PTG, the PD8 (from paint detective). and on some online sites, they are a little cheaper.

Still a little confused :confused:
 
I just got my highline meter II in the mail yesterday and I can say its already saved my butt a few hundred dollars. I was going to polish out some defects in a few sections of my car this weekend and took some measurements and boy the paint is thin in those areas, glad I didnt polish anything!
