Got a chance to bring some life back to this Bentley Flying Spur for a good customer of mine.

Vehicle received the following.

  • Washed with Gilmour foam gun and Citrus Wash
  • Chemical decontamination with Iron X
  • Mechanical decontamination with Nanoskin Autoscrub mitt
  • Dried with Dry Me a River microfiber towel
  • Optimum Hyper Compound with orange Lake Country Hybrids
  • Optimum Hyper Polish with white Lake Country Hybrids
  • Detailer’s Pro Poli-Coat paint sealant machine applied
  • Wheels and glass coated with Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Surface Coating
  • Tires dressed with Ultima Tire & Trim Guard

Well that's all I got. The sun started going down when I was applying the sealant so I didn't snag any more photos. I completely forgot to take shots of the front, but it came out looking just as nice as the rest of the car. Besides a few little rids that I couldn't take out, I'd say it was a job well done. Paint was pretty soft but fun to correct. Owner was very happy.

Next detail I'll start using my GoPro so you guys don't have to look at awful cell phone photos

Lookin good. How many hours did you have in it? That's a lot of real-estate.

Mr, Daulton! I'm a big fan of your work! You do such an outstanding job, and on very expensive cars. I love looking at your projects. I would love to be in your position oneday.
P.S.
Paul, do you accept groupons?
Paul's thought"Why's he asking me about Grey Poupon?"
Note to self: Push away from keyboard.

Thanks, took me just over 9 hours with only short breaks to eat snacks and drink water. It actually went surprisingly faster than I thought since the paint was a breeze to correct. Usually sedans take me around 10 hours.

Nice work looks great!!

One question though if he is such a good client how did the Bentley end up with such bad marring??

I'm guessing it's the first time you have seen this vehicle.

Outstanding work on that Bentley you achieved top notch work within 9 hours

Very nice work, that paint really pops. Sounds like it is very nicely protected as well.

How do you like the Optimum line of polishes, (cutting ability, work time, dusting)? I've thought about trying them out, but just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Now that is how you do a Show & Shine

Close-up photos, not a bunch of 15 footers

Love the 50/50

Appreciate you listing the products used

Thank You

Thanks a lot guys!

Haha yeah he just purchased the car.

I like them. It takes some time to get used to the sprayer, but they cut nicely and don't dust like crazy. I like using the hyper polish a little more than the compound. It's a lot easier to use and wipes away effortlessly. Both work well though.

Great work:dblthumb2:

I get very motivated when watch you on the tube.

Thanks for all of the uploads:dblthumb2:

I opened my show a week ago, really enjoy detailing full time:dblthumb2:

9 hours on exterior only? Or was interior a part? Nice work...

Wow, great turnaround.... it always amazes me when I see those before shots, or the 50/50 ones.
How does one get a paint looking THAT bad?

One thing I forgot to post.

I did a test spot on the passenger front fender with Wolfgang's Uber AIO and a Lake Country orange Hybrid. Here are the results from 5 passes at speed 4 on my Flex 3401. Sorry the picture quality isn't the greatest.

If you look closely you can see some very minor leftover scratches near the light on the left. It wasn't 100% perfect, but I'd say that's a pretty good result for an AIO.

Very nice! Next year when I get a few more jobs I'm definitely going to get this. Would be great for some of these jobs :dblthumb2:
