Putting a web page together needing input

Very nice...I like the videos...I need to add some like that showcasing our work. Are you going to make detailing packages that do include shampooing, leather care, polishing, waxing and the rest all as one?
I know after some time my customers starting putting asking for shampooing and polishing and all the add-ons, so I just made some packages that included all those services to streamline there decision making.
I really like the contact us page with the "Scale of 1-10, how dirty do you think your vehicle is?" and "How did you hear about this site?" selection boxes, again something I should add.
Also make a disclaimer for DOG HAIR being extra, I ran into people not mentioning that until we arrive and then its an extra hour or so just on vacuuming.
Add a nice introduction on the home page to introduce yourself and how your services stand out.
Great job

I didnt even think of the pet hair, thanks i'm going to have to add that into the add-on sections.

I wanted to keep the homepage clean and not to busy. I was thinking of adding a bio section and describing how i do things and how i came about to detailing.

Thanks again for your input!!

I would recommend not having to click again for pricing. Most people want to get the info fast! Not have to click another picture where the headings aren't clear as to what to click.

Also the home page is boring. The image dominates and it took some time to find the links to go elsewhere. Maybe make the links stand out a bit more and add some text below the image, maybe some testimonials or before/after images that really showcase the work.

And in the services, you pricing for scuff removal does say varies, but I would recommend giving a range with a disclaimer, that way people at least get a ballpark.

The bio section may be a good idea as well, it will give customers something to read and learn about you and your process, show your passion and dedication!

So those are my opinions off the cuff. Hope they help!

Well my main goal was to keep the pages simple and clean as possible. Which was the reasoning behind the home page, keeping it "google" style very boring and but yet simple. To be honest so far you are the first to say that the links were hard to find, is anyone else having problems finding the links? i want to make this user friendly as possible and navigating easy. Nothing is more painful then trying to navigate through a new website.

Well the scuffs can range from $5- infinity. Pricing that kind of service to me is very hard. But you do have a point, i need to find a way to to show what service like that would cost. Maybe I can add the price to each one of the pictures in the slide show to give customers a rough idea.

Thank you for you opinion and input it was well noted!

I didn't think the links were to hard to locate, but that's because I am very used to navigating around a site and know what to look for. But calhoun1 does make a great point, easy links, like at the top of the site under the pics of products. easily seen and go directly to the info.

Make sure you're being accurate about the vehicles in your gallery pages. You have a C6 Z06 listed as a 2004 Corvette, and a GMT900 Sierra listed as a 2006 GMC. Not only are those years wrong, but the years you list would be a totally different body style in both cases. I didn't check all the others closely, but you should.

Thanks for pointing that out. I'll have to go through and double check again. Thanks everyone please keep pointing things out. I really do appreciate this guy!!!

Went to look again, and the site is asking for a password. Maybe you are just working on it currently?

No offense taken to not using ideas, it is your site. Just giving you my first impression.

And as for hard to find, I think that may have been the wrong word to use, my eyes were drawn to the big image banner and away from the usable links.

The index links are a lot more obvious now, and something you did put the Title indented off to the right. So the tabs in a browser don't show the title.

Misspelling in title for the scratch and scuff page. Has "scraches"

In your car wash package page, recommend putting links to the headlight and scratch/scuff page where you say see those pages. Will make it quicker to get there.

On the Testimony page the link bar has moved to the side column. Not a huge deal, easy to find, but a change from the rest of the site.

Keep up the work! It is looking pretty good!

Give some input
Some of the pictures do not reflect about detailing
Gallery has a camera
Videos has a videocamera
Testimony page has birds flying
Also under that should be "Testimonials" not Testimonys

I like the contact info picture with the smartphone...

I just think a Detailing website should have pictures of car/trucks being washed, buffed, etc.

When people look at pictures on a website, they associate that picture with something. When I looked at camera and video camera, I thought of electronics...

Even on the services, I rather see cars being washed and not the chemicals...

just my .02

Well noted and thanks for point out the errors. I can't think of an image to put for testimony section. Check out what I just replace it with, what do you guys think?

As for the title or section pictures I put what comes to mind when when I think of each subject. But I am going to take your advice and try to play around with it a little and see what happens.

Thanks again!!
