All you need for interior:
APC for spots on carpets/seats (or a good spot remover like 303) ($15 for a gallon of APC, $8 for 32 oz of 303)
woolite for cleaning leather, vinyl, plastic, larger areas of carpets, mats ($5 at wal-mart for 50oz and get a sprayer to mix 8:1 with water)
poor boy's natural look for conditioning ($15 for 32oz)
stoner invisible glass for windows, clear plastic, radio area, etc ($3.50 at wal mart for 24oz)
waffle weave glass mf towels ($10 for 2)
all purpose mf towels, like Dan mentioned (a 6 pack of cobra's for $20)
a vent brush ($4)
a odor eliminator like duragloss ($5)
oh yeah, and a 5hp/4 gallon craftsman or ridgid wet/dry vac ($70)
Total=about $150
