Can I spray QD wax in hard to reach engine bay areas and just let air dry. Does that stuff have to be wiped off

I've been using hyper dressing but I don't think that has any protection properties

Yes sir , but I use it & see no difference .

What s your ride .

Might use little pressure & apc , it will do the job also .

on hard to reach areas I use Chemical guys black on black, everything else 303, nothing better.

I want to make sure we're on the same page. I'm not talking about cleaning. I want to protect the firewall stuff I can't reach ant wipe down

That s good , always make it clear , good point here . What s your ride , sometimes you don t have much space to work with .

14 accord. So right now the engine is spotless. Id like to coat with something that protects. I sprayed hyper dressing on my last engine and it looked really sharp but I don't know if that protects

Wow , sounds good to me , I would use FinishKare FK1000P , it s for hi temp sealant protection , but not on engine itself , you can seal your wheels with it also , it s what I use .

For hard to reach places, use Duragloss Aqua Wax. Good protection and will dry clear.

Sonus Motor Kote

Follow the directions to the letter

Looks great and lasts

I would use 303 Protectant fella .

I've used both 303 & HyperDressing 3:1 satin finish.. They both make the engine bay look GREAT. But since 303 claims it protects that's all I use it for is my engine.

I'll finish my 303 but my main concern is a clean engine bay. Im not sure you can spray anything in your engine that help at those temps..

I'm also trying to pair down products and only desire those that are multi-purpose..

I'm getting there with:
UWW+
Meg's hyper dressing & APC

Still need a AIO thou, to cover all bases..

I use hyperdressing 4:1 no complaints or issues. Wash the bay, spray down with Hyper Dressing, and close the lid.
