QD or Spray wax or Both

Using a waterless wash with wax is not the same as a spray wax. It will leave a wax on their for maybe til the next rain but no longer where as a quality spray wax will be around for a month or longer

I have not personally seen that with DG 932. Not saying it does not happen, maybe because Aqua Wax is not a wax, it is a sealant. I have used 932 on the company work van that has never seen a real wax/sealant application and it is beading well after a month.

Well I'm glad you guys have told me this, thought it was the same as ONR, or is ONR the same as DG's ratio? I thought and have been using 8 oz of ONR to a gallon of QD in the past and recently have been using the entire 33.8 oz bottle of TW rinseless, plus 2 oz of KSG and the rest water to make a gallon of that version of QD. I've had great success with this recent combo for sure but wanna get the correct ratios down pat.

So when I get my gallon of DG rinseless I need to adjust my ratio to 24 oz of DG and the rest water to make a gallon, plus adding in my KSG then. Wow I was a whole 1/3 off as I used 8 oz last year when I had my DG.

In my experience any shampoo or rinse-less with wax will leave something behind but highly unlikely they will last as long as a dedicated quality spray wax. That was my point.

Awesome your car beads water with dg used that way though.

Wow i am now really confused. DG932 costs $39.99/gal. You Mix 3oz. with 16oz. to make QD. Pinnacle Liquid Gloss Rinseless Wash with Carnauba is $49.99/gal but it says to "Add 3 ounces of rinseless wash to 32 ounces of water to make a high lubricity quick detail spray!" I really like Pinnacle but the price makes me look twice. It looks like the Pinnacle will make twice as much QD for $10 more. That makes Pinnacle a very viable option. Especially compared to Crystal Mist at $79.99 a gallon which cannot be diluted.

My thoughts, not intending to sway you in any direction. Arizona, Dave, Carnuba and 110F + do not play together well. That is why I use sealants only. 932 has Aqua Wax which is a sealant and holds up very well. I have cut 932 from 1oz/16oz through what the Label states and have not seen or felt a difference in the outcome. I like to hang around 2oz/16oz for psychological reasons only (it makes me feel better). Good luck with your decision.
