I had to get some parts at O'Reilly Autoparts today. While I was there I took a peak at their car care products, specifically their MF Towels. They had some Viking Brand towels that were nice and plush for around $5. They were very thick and look to be good quality. Of course, I didn't buy any knowing that AG sells MF Towels as well.

Which MF Towels to you folks like the best? I will need some for general use, buffing and polishing, and of course the final wipe down.

Where do you get your towels from? You can post here, or pm me.

Thank you!

CGs and Meg supreme shine has the best combo of price and quality IMO.

Guzzlers and other AG mf if they're on sale.

I really like using the Griot's Garage Speed Shine microfiber towels. I use them on the exterior for buffing and final wipe downs as well. They're soft and plush and cause no marring, only sometimes I wish they were a little bigger.

Honestly, I pretty much exclusively use ProForce MFs from Sam's Club. Never had a problem with them causing marring, no tags to remove, and plenty effective.

I use the blue plush towels with rolled edges from AG,for paint only.

gp towels come from wally world or sams.

those towels (the red and black ones) you saw at o'riellys are very good towels for the money I have several of them.If you buy any wash before first use by themselves because they will bleed.

Most of my towels are from Pakshak. I've just bought some Eurow blue plush towels and the yellow ones but havent tried them yet. I've have a few from other places

I really like the Cobra Miracle Towels ( they are BOGO right now BTW ). They are definitely a cut above the others Ive tried, denser and plusher.

This spring when I used a WIWO wax on my vette, I was originally using Griots wax removal towels, and they were doing a decent job. At some point I decided to try using the Cobra miracle and was amazed how much easier it was to remove the wax, and also to buff using the other side. They were clearly superior for the task.

Am in Griots MF camp on this one...consistently plush and absorbant. They wash up nice and have less of that "sizing" in them that make other MF's not pick up moisture as I like. Edges are done professionally as well.

Poorboys DMT towels are still the best by far I've tried. It's not even close for me. :)

does anyone use a waffle weave type towel for qiuck detail. I want to start doing that instead of a fluffy microfiber.
