Quality of products overwhelms my dad...

In my last order, I added some items for my parents to use on their new car. Earlier today I spoke with my dad and he told he washed the car with the new Super Plush Micro-Chenille and dried it with the Cobra Ultra Deluxe 600 25X36. He wash very satisfied with both but the towel in particular he couldn't say enough great things about. What impressed him most of all about it was the fact that it took him 10 minutes to dry the whole car, including door jambs, streak and spot free. Claimed he attempted to wring it out half way through and very little water came out. He was impressed that the towel held so much water without releasing it. So impressed, he asked me to order him 1 or 2 more on my next order, even if they are still not on sale. I own 2 myself but have yet to use them, but now I am considering picking up a few more myself. I also ordered him UIG+ and a free sample of DP TIC, which he hasn't had time to use yet and 3 super soft deluxe micro's.

I have ordered quite a bit over the last couple months, some of which I have used since and others which I haven't gotten around to using yet. I knew my money wasn't going to waste here, but after hearing the excitement from my father that has been further reassured!

So after that long, drawn out interlude...I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to the AUTOGEEK staff for the time they put in to ensure the quality of the products they sell. Of course, the members here have helped out alot too, either directly or indirectly. So this goes out to you all too! It was, in fact, some of the members who convinced me to get them the UIG+.

I think it's awesome that you got your Dad into using quality products.

Thanks! I plan on hitting the car with my 3401 and some polish and topping it with WGDGS soon. I'm sure there are some 'Complimentary' dealer installed swirls in the paint.
 
That's so great to hear Chuck! You'll never get disappointed with quality detailing products. I'm glad we have AG to provide us with our detailing needs.

You need to bring your dad over to AGO. :)
 
Have no experience with the Cobra Deluxe, but i used the guzzler to dry for onr, tried to wring out the water to no avail! Can't wait for warmer weather to see if it really can do my whole car without needing a wring.
 
and your post explains the reason why i come to ag, sure some products are cheaper but id rather pay the whole dollar or two more to get great quality with awesome customer service, my first issue with them was resolved awesomly even if it was not their fault! just a great company!. for every bad remark there is 100's more just like this one :), and welcome to the forums! on the topic of dads i gave mine some 845,xmt360, and some m105 and he loved all the products and could not believe how good 845 was and did not know how he missed it(due to age of product).
 
Haven't had one issue yet. As a matter of fact, the last order I had the APC+ but soon after placing the order I was reading some info and reviews on OPC. PM'ed Meghan that night and the next morning she replied to let me know she changed the order for me. I had told her in the PM that if it was too late it wouldn't be a big problem, I would find a use for it. Due to all I have read in the forums, I wasn't shocked that she was able to make the change but I was truly impressed that it was handled in such short time. IMO, AG truly makes the customer feel 'singled out' and very important.
 
I'd get the towels now, and stock up on a few spares - unfortunately, microfiber towels seem to be very variable in quality, with towels of supposedly the same type changing without warning (look at the difficultly everyone has in sourcing good quality edgeless towels - ones that haven't been hot-wire cut). Nothing to do with AG - seems like every retailer has this problem (unless they manually go through each order they get from the manufacturer to determine if quality has kept up).
 
Thanks! Order was placed late last night for some more of the BOGO MF's and a few other things. I totally forgot about the 4 item limit within a 2 week period so if the price of my order needs to be adjusted for them I completely understand. I ordered 2 sets, but the last order was last weekend.
 
you mean the labels weren't bubbling out?

i'm glad he liked that stuff. My pops just got a black camry. I'm trying to instill some OCD into him but no luck just yet.
