Just wondering if anybody has topped wax with this before and whether it might enchance, impair or remove the wax?

I would go with Optimum Spray wax instead. It has just as much protection and is designed to work as a wax.

Never used it on paint. But I have used it on faded trim on the exterior and it runs in the rain. So I'd assume that it would streak on paint and run in the rain.

Never tried though.

But the method they used to have on the 303 site was to buff the product in with a rotary, so it would be dry and I doubt it would streak. I also doubt it would last longer than a week or two.

When using it on the engine compartment, plastic housings, hoses, etc., I've also wiped down some of the painted mounts and other painted metals and it does work. I just wipe the area down and then buff it. You can tell it does leave a finish on the paint.

Which 303 product? Their speed detailer spray works great on paint, trim and tires. The Protectant does not leave a shine and looks hazy on paint.

One of the friends of mine uses Optimum Spray wax. The results are good enough.
