Question about collinite 845

Thank you SO MUCH for all the clarification! Here's my plan for the black mistress.....
Black Fire clay
WG TSR
Black fire gloss enhancing polish (jewling)
WG sealant 3.0
845
Souveran

Done with my 3401, this should turn out GREAT.

So all you would have to do is to re apply the sourvan over time and you will be fine? Or do you have to repeat all these steps again?

Just a last bit of advice.
1) Usually Jeweling is done with the least abrasive polish available. One of the best Jeweling polishes available is Menzerna Polish PO85RD, Mernzerna 85rd, Menzerna finish po85rd and it's usually done with a rotary.

Only polish when you need to. I usually do a light polish once a year with Meguiar's M205 to remove any light defects that I got over the Winter.

yea, i wish i had a rotary. there are A LOT of comments i have seen about using a DA, but also that being the preferred method being rotary, you do get better results. I cant say I've done jewling before, so based off what i read here, its worth a shot. Results with my DA should still be noticeable.......right?

CORRECTION:

I found out (from the GOD of detail, Mike himself) you CANT jewel with BF gloss enhancing polish so that product will get changed to WG FG 3.0, and since its pretty similar to 85rd it should still jewel out GREAT!

I just ordered some 845 and can't wait to try it out. Does it really last 5 months?

Depends on where you live, and what the weather's like - 845 lasts all of six weeks in our tropical weather.
