Question about my PC XP

You put the spacer in the wrench bag on the backing plate so the backing plate doesn't rub on the pc itself. Ron is talking about the pad that comes with the pc, throw it away. Come on guys you are making way too much out this.

In the begining it was a simple question of when to use the spacer and if the pad that came with the pc was junk. I think both questions were answered in the first two responses.
