Question about two different products

Hello,

So as I mentioned some time back, I've been looking into coating my black car. So I bought a couple different products. Specifically Gyeon Mohs, Gyeon Wet Coat, Polish Angel Cosmic V2, Cosmic Spritz, and Cosmic Primer.

I have two cars I can do, the black car being the priority.

So my question is, if I use Mohs, can I use Gyeon Wet Coat whenever I wash the car? Will it help?

And I'm guessing if I go the PA route, I would not be using Wet Coat at all, but Spritz as dying aid?

Thank you.

I'd say Gyeon Wet Coat can be used after every wash.

Will it help ? Yes, to maintain what you already achieved with Mohs.

More isn’t always better.

Mohs is a nice coating, no need to drop WetCoat on it after every wash especially if you wash frequently. If’n it was me, I’d skip WetCoat all together and use their Ceramic Detailer after every other wash. WetCoat is a nice, easy way to give wheels a quick, temporary boost though…like it for that.

Certainly no need for WetCoat on the POLISHANGEL…would be a step backwards. Enjoy the Cosmic V2, drop the Spritz on it once a month or so. Spritz is so fun and easy I’d do it on a dry surface after a wash, no need to ‘dilute’ it using as a ‘drying aid’.

Sometimes being a detailing ‘minimalist’ turns out better in the end…too many cooks in the kitchen so to speak.

Great, thank you!

Would you recommend either one for the black car more than the other? Black car is used much less than the other car.

I have never used cosmic v2, so can't comment.

I do however have two black vehicles wearing mohs evo. And i love it. Time to time i will top it with cosmic spritz, or 2 products from armour detail supply...those 3 products are a dream to use and really just enhance the look of mohs

Personally, I like Cosmic on colors other than black, it has a very glass-like look that I prefer on any color but black. Very subjective though, some really enjoy it in black too.

If it was me, I would use the polish angel on the black car and the mohs on the car that will get more use.

Thanks everyone for the help.

One last question; I see Bead Maker is very popular, would it be worth it to add it to the products I have? Or it wouldn't combine well with either? Or would it replace?

Thank you.

I say no. Bead Maker is a polymer based sealant and is inferior to ceramic sealants and coatings in its hydrophobics. Top Mohs with the their ceramic detailer and use Cosmic Spritz on your V2. I bought a gallon of it when I started detailing because every YouTuber was acting like it was straight from heaven but you have far better products at your disposal.

Don’t pollute the functionality of your quality products with Beadmaker. Stuff sure does smell good though.
