Question about using M83 over NXT tech wax?

I just detailed my car in the garage and just noticed under certain lighting i can see some LIGHT scratches on the trunk. Over the last 3 days. I did these steps

Wash
Claybar
M83/orange pad
M80/grey pad
M7/grey pad
NXT tech wax/by hand

Now my question is can i take some M83 with an orange pad and go back over the trunk right over top of the wax i just put on? get those scratches out, then M80 then M7 and re wax with NXT?

Thanks! Now what if M83 doesn't get the scratches so up the pad to a wool pad or should i order some M105 and use the orange pad with the m105?

Is the paint you're working on single-stage or basecoat/clearcoat? What type of machine are you using?
