Oh I just love that, so true :D . I had a teacher wanting to buy an 1.2 mil home, 100% financing etc. What I would have had to state her income at was laughable to get the DTI in check (touchy subject regardless, has to be reasonable). Said find me a teacher who makes 200k+ a year and I'll do it:p .

Gotta be diversified, stocks/real estate/mutual funds/roth etc
 
Thanks for all the advice guys!! This is really a good forum!! Let me explain a little more of what I wanted to do. First though, I have a really good full time job. Imjust looking to do 3 or 4 cars a month, like on a few of my days off. Im not looking to do this full time or anything. I guess what I was asking is, if someone I work with or someone in the nieghborhood has a nice car but the paint could use some help. How is the best way to approach them and tell them I can make there car look better without them being insulted?

in that case just start a friendly ocnversation and maybe ask how they take care of their car and if theyd be interested in getting some more professional detailing work to enhance the vehicles looks.sounds good in my head, would anybody get offended by that?

To me that sounds great! Sometimes people hear what they want to hear though. I just dont want someone to "hear" I noticed your car looks like crap!! I can help. lol! I think Ill try your idea out though Kelso, hopefully no one gets offended
