question on internet sites

hi, i was wondering which company to use to start my own site. i know vistaprint isnt bad but can be expensive. id like to know from other detailers what there preferences are. My name is Kyle incase anyone is wondering and i have been detailing cars for about 4 years. thank you!
 
Check the prices at GoDaddy.com first. I've used them for several sites without a problem. You can also google "internet hosting" + your city for local options that might be better with teaching.

I would want vistaprint to have the same website templates as their cards for consistency of your message. If not, there's no real advantage to them, IMO.
 
thanks. i do use vistaprint for cards so maybe ill go through them so i match. do you think variety is nice to? instead of the same theme for everything
 
I really dislike godaddy as a company. There are a ton of registrars out there, it all depends on what you want to do.

For really basic and cheap hosting I would go with 1&1, otherwise, register with namecheap and setup a blog with blogger or whichever service you wish.
 
Godaddy is having a promo 1st year is 1 dollar. I signed up for 5 years total was 38 I think.
 
hmm.. i guess ill go with godaddy. i have heard good things from them before. i just a nice site for my company. i think that a good representation goes a long way
 
We use Intuit for both of our companies. Easy to use, prices are good and you can add things as your budget allows. They also have a complete line of business services like credit card payments through you smart phone, payroll, tax programs etc.
