Hi Pinnacle,

Just tried to call you...but it was 6:03 PM EST and you were closed :(

I received my Cyclo and pad kit today. I installed the rubber boots on the polishing heads. I noticed that the high edge of the rubber boots hit one another when the polishing heads are at a minimum distance from one another.

Did I do something wrong with the installation?

Thanks.

Regards,
Rich Maurin

Try moving the rubber boots around, and make sure the lip is not wedge on the side.

Jason,

If you would like to send me one, I would be more than happy to put it thru its paces for the good of the group. Returning it might be the problem :awesome:

Ditto what Jason said..they just need to be moved a little...its also easier to place pads if you will get both heads to their closest point in the center of machine.

Thank you all for your advice.

I managed to pull the boots tighter over the polishing heads. Now they dont hit one another.
