I am using McKee’s RV All-In-One Cleaner Wax & Sealant on oxidized white gelcoat and my question is how do I tell when the polish is done and should be wiped off? I'm using a Flex 3401 with 5.5" orange pad, first time using the flex, and the all-in-one is doing a good job. I am happy with the results but just not sure when to stop buffing and wipe off the residue.

Rule of thumb is usually 6-8 section passes in a 2x2 foot square.

It's not so much when the polish is done.
Rather, it's: Do Not "Dry Buff"!!

Accordingly:
"As you're making a single pass with the
polisher, the paint behind the path-of-travel
should have a visible wet film on it".
