is there a need to buy pad cleaner and pad conditioner.thanks

You dont NEED a pad cleaner with the bucket system if thats what your talking about. A pad conditioner is really a matter of preference IMO. If you want to clean your pads by hand (which a lot do on here) just do a search on here and you'll find tons of info on the subject.

For years, I have cleaned all of my pads with Dawn dish wash soap, by hand. I have never had any problems or issues doing this.
I let them soak in the dawn overnight, then rinse with clear warm water and air dry, velcro side up on a cotton towel.
