Questions on a dirty topic: door jambs and panels

When I first got my new car I asked my dad to go pick it up and he did. Before I got back in town that week he had Zeibart rust proof put on it as a birthday gift. However excess rust proof coating tends to accumulate on the interior side of door panels in the folds around the edge of the doors. Despite my best efforts these past years a lot of dirt and grime that flies into the door jambs gets into there and is hard to remove. I have been unable to keep as close an eye as I usually do on these issues due to health problems and would like to get back to keeping a sparkling car. I used to be able to keep it clean with a spray and wipe down but it is past that point now. I used to use 409 to remove excess coating, them spray down with ONR QD to keep clean along with door jambs.

Any tips or product recommendations would be appreciated.

A steamer would work really good for the door jams.

The door jambs on my car are easy and would be easier with a steamer but i cant justify a steamer for that. I dont know how else to describe the area, maybe a "door lip". It is kind of a lip area located on the interior side of the sheet metal of the door and runs from the back edge of the window line down to the bottom of the door. From there it runs all the way, horizonally, to the other side of the door, kind of in an backwards "L" shape. A steamer would be great but unfortunately isnt really in the budget right now with all the medical bills I have.
