I keep a spray bottle of QD made of ONRWW in the car to remove any bird droppings quickly.

Now the weather is around freezing, had a hard time using the sprayer bottle to remove bird droppings today.

Any recommendations of anti-freezing quick detailers?

Take it into the house to warm up.
Then transfer some to a really small squirt bottle (I found some that have a tight cap and are only 4 oz.) and carry it with you when you get out of your car. At least in the freezing weather. I have a tiny Meguiar's Detailer bottle that I have kept and refilled for over ten years. I keep it, a small ball of clay, and a MF towel in a baggie in my spare tire compartment.
But since I'm in Los Angeles I don't have to worry about freezing temperatures.

You need to lower the freeze-point of the Water/ONRWW solution...
(If you plan on using it during freezing weather, that is.)

-Reduce the amount of Water, considerably, to its ONRWW ratio.

Add some:
-methanol
-ethanol
-Isopropyl alcohol (IPA)

Add any water soluble substance:
-A "Salt"
-Sugar
-Glycerin
-etc.

My votes go toward infusing some IPA...or glycerin.
Then...after the removal of bird droppings:
I recommend a follow-up with Optimum Car Wax to the affected areas.

NOTE:
I always 'test' the newly-infused solutions' lowered freeze-points in the Freezer,
before ever taking them out for use in the real World.
