I posted a few weeks ago how unhappy I was with the dealership repainting my hood and leaving scratches and some sort of buffer trails. Can I use menzerna super finish 3500 or carpro essence extreme gloss enhancer on the new paint? It's been about three weeks. Autobody manager told me I could polish that day about two weeks ago but not to wax for 30 days or seal for 90. I'm bored and can't stand seeing these in the paint and want to do a test spot on the newly painted hood to see if I can get any success. I have orange, white lc pads on a porter cable 7424. Thanks!

Essence contains SiO2 so that would seal the paint. You can polish any time.
You can use this on fresh paint. It's what I did and it worked out fine.
