Quick Question About Glaze

I have XMT glaze but I have not used it yet. I think I may sell it!

I always wiped off the dust w a MF towel or QD after polishing.

Why did Joyofdriving get banned? I always enjoyed his posts..... he was always straight to the point.

not sure, just checked through his post and didn't see anything? Something must have happened...

Not sure, but maybe it is because he was confused (but never in doubt!) a high percentage of the time (this thread is a good example), yet was highly opinionated, which led to a lot of distracting cross-chatter and disharmony (see the Compound and VacNBlow threads water squeezee). He spread his own confusion throughout threads, and would engage in on-board seemingly frustrating discourse with Moderators. He could make your head spin around like the Exorcist. Reminscient of Ella Latella on Saturday Night Live ("Never mind"). And he whined. But he was enthusiastic, like a precocious child. He said he had a personality diagnosis that caused the above. Eventually, with enough social conditioning (like getting banned, even for a few days, getting fired from jobs, etc.), he will reign it in, and the OCD part of his personality will make him successful. We all have aspects of our personality that may be less than endearing to others, and over time, we are sometimes, to some extent, able to supress or soften it as we learn about ourselves. My father used to say if one person calls you a donkey you can ignore it. The second time it happens, you need to think about whether there is any truth to it, and the third time, you should buy a saddle, because you probably are a donkey.

I got banned from the Meguiars site for a day for posting a pic in a thread that showed a bottle of Jack Daniels amongst my detailing supplies :)

Maybe Meghan will unban him when she returns. She's a softie.

I am not stepping on toes or pointing fingers, but like almost ALL forums I have been to, and a part of, God help you if you challenge a Moderator or Adminisrator :)

but once again...no harm :P

But I must say though, out of the two most popular Auto Detailing AG and the "other" guys....I do prefer the atmosphere here a lot more.

XMT 360 corrects, cleans and SEALS--I think this means its a sealant, but I could be wrong.
XMT 180 is a Carnauba Wax
XMT Glaze is a glaze, and it not one of above other two things.

You're correct, XMT 360 has polymers in it and does seal. Im not sure how durable it is though.

For an all-in-one, seems to have decent durability compared to others like Megs Cleaner Wax which sucks. I'd buy some but I still love my AIO to strip down and leave a base for whatever..., maybe when it runs out.
