Had this product sitting on the shelve next to Pinnacle, Connollys, Poorboys, and some other high ranking Leather cleaners. Decided to test the Surf City as I believed it would be a fast coat and had a couple small areas needing cleaning.

I was looking for a leather cleaner to measure up to Pinnacle and Poorboys as normal use. Not really looking for a Connollys match, nor Leathrique for rejuvination really.

I found a thick lotion that had a light smell of leather (instead of those store bought sick smelling products). It buffed on easy and surprised as how easily it removed several of those small dirty marks without issue. This is a mark up from Poorboys Leather Cleaner which requires some elbow grease as my son likes to rub his tennis shoes on back of drivers seat.

I also liked that is was not quite a slippery initially as Poorboys and Pinnacle. It had a nice clean sheen, light matte, but nothing obtrusive also. It was nice not sliding around the car at first hard braking.

All in all this is one great little bottle of leather cleaner. It offers beeswax to bead water spilled on leather, but luckily we have not had this issue. I will say because it is a thick lotion you need to be careful on preferated leather. I also find a quick rebuff after use makes sure the entire car looks and feels the same. The light smell also feels clean and disappears quickly. After ten days it still looks nice, but smell is gone (not a bad thing) and any slickness is long gone too. Not sure about its UV protection, but all in all a nice offering.

I love these quick reviews. Really enjoyed reading this and would have never considered this product without reading it. We need more of these. Thanks Killr.

yes i have this too and i would compare it to Pinnacle. And i agree killr thats is so thick you have to be careful around seams and preferations but its a great deal for the money!

Thanks for the review. It reminded me I need more leather conditioner, and how unhappy I am with the products I have used thus far.
Looks like I may have to give it a shot!

Nice little review! I think there must be some Voodoo magic at work here, thus no elbow grease required.

Thanks for the review...am looking for a new product to try.

I think I'm gonna need to try it...I'm a leather conditioner freak...
