Quick Tip: Cleaning Windown In Direct Sunlight

Hey guys I notice alot of you detail in sunlight... when I have to and it's time windows I turn the car on and run the A/C through the front vent to cool off. Not a long post, but should get better results.:righton: :righton:

I have found never spray the glass directly when hot, spray the WW and wipe the glass. It does not seem to streak and allows time to truly clean that buildup that all cars get on front and rear glass.

i just use stoners invisible galss and a waffle weave mf and it seems to work ok

ya i spray on the rag first now....and u dont have to worry bout spraying any onto the paint

Waffle weaves are the trick of trade along with misting it first.

I clean a lot of cars in direct sun and I just run the car while I'm in it to keep cool. Make sure the emergency brake is full pull! Keep the keys in your pocket while it's not running to avoid lockout.

agreed. mf ww towel with SIG, spray on rag and no matter how hot the windows are=no streaking.
