Quick tip regarding wet/dry vacuum filters

Because then they couldn't sell you as many filters?

But, some wet/dry vacs come with a foam filter. It's supposed to be used instead of the pleated paper filter when vacuuming wet debris, or just liquids. I put the foam filter over my paper filter, using it as a pre-filter. Still remove the paper filter for liquids, though.

I don't remember the models, but I've seen two different Craftsman shop vacs that had this setup.
