Is a 24hr. curing time absolutely necessary? What about morning dew? Is it critical to avoid morning dew as well?

You'll be fine. I've let mine cure for 5 or so hours and had it get wet with no issues.
Ok cool. I want to try it out on a panel on my car, but it's already 4pm. and the dew will be here tonight and I wasn't sure. I'm gonna clay, machine polish with Griots Perfecting Cream, IPA, then coat.
Nice beading... Better yet, I'm gonna use Essence, then coat.
I applied a second coat after 12 hours without any problems.
The driver's side of the hood has a more visually consistent beading pattern. The McKee's coating side kind of looks like a sealant that is a bit older and is showing sign of performance degradation.
How long did the coating cure prior to coming into contact with moisture?
If you don't mind me asking, what was the prep prior to applying both the coating and sealant
Did you allow any wait time to apply the coating over essence? I've seen Cory of car pro recommend waiting 1 hour before applying a coating. Or wiping it with an IPA equivalent prior to applying the coating.
The beading looks like when a car is parked under a tree.
