R.I.P Mr. Fuji

Hahaha!!!!

My girl and I were just talking about that one....

"Tis not a man. This a remorseless eating machine.."

"Come see Bottomless Pete - nature's cruelest mistake. Come for the freak, stay for the food.."

Lol!

If you get a chance to check out their interview, Bill and Barry discuss how different they were from the Road Warriors, despite having a similar look. While the Warriors did a lot of "no selling" tough guy stuff, Demolition tried to put on a good show and tell a story in the ring. Their styles were different and even with Ax it might not have worked out, kind of like Hogan/Flair.

I think the channel on YouTube is Hannibal TV.

Believe me my friend, I've seen that interview you're talking about. It goes on for like 1.5hrs. or so which is why I might've missed the details about AX eating shellfish and stuff.. Sometimes I'll put that sort of audio on my bluetooth while I'm detailing a car so I pay attention for maybe 80% of it all. Lol.

I've seen tons of the great old school footage available on youtube. I'm not sure if you're familiar with the OSW Review Channel, but those dudes are comedy. They totally get it and put together some pretty entertaining reviews of the old school PPV's. Lots of shoot interviews, classic stories such as Ravishing Rick Rude beating the crap out of the Ultimate Warrior in a legit real life arse whoopin backstage... I swear, between all the archive footage + the shoot interviews that can be viewed, it's far better than actually watching whatever WWE is actually up to these days live on TV.

They ruined wrestling 1st when they bought WCW.
And now with this PG era.
I can see how they'd want to eliminate chairshots and crazy hardcore stunts such as diving out of the ring into steel ladders, but wrestling needs characters like Val Venis and the like.. They blew it.

Not that I'd be interested in watching wrestling at all these days, but still... I quit watching wrestling when Hogan became irrelevant. Wrestlemania 18 was about the last time we saw Hogan able to headline a major main event. Soon after that I was done with watching wrestling forever.

Side note: If Koko B. Ware can get into the WWF Hall of Fame..
Then where's Pez Whatley?
Where's Barry Horowitz?
Where are the Conquistadors?
And what ever happened to Slick?
All these dudes are better deserving than Koko B. Ware in the HOF. Lol.

I remember being a huge WWF fan when I was in late grade school and on into HS, RIP Mr. Fugi.

I think I've seen OSW. I'll check it out again though.

Yeah, I don't watch it anymore. I was geeked about Reigns, but they ruined him.

The last I watched was when the Rock was still big like 99.

Lol... Koko B. Ware!
